Vodka Citrus Highball

Bright, refreshing highball with citrus, vodka, Aperol, and bubbles.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Spy Trail Vodka

• 3/4 oz Lime Juice

• 3/4 oz Aperol

• 2-4 oz Seltzer

• 2 dashes Orange Bitters

Instructions

Stir in a mixing glass & pour into a Highball glass with ice. Top with Seltzer as needed. Garnish with a lime wedge.
